I have a Master's in Creative Industries through SAE, having previously earned a Bachelor's degree in Communications with a specialisation in media arts and production. Throughout my academic career, I have honed my film and content creation skills, gaining mastery of pre-production, production, and post-production techniques. Moreover, I garnered invaluable hands-on experience during a 5-month placement at Studio 10, which provided me with invaluable insights into the intricacies of the live broadcast industry. 

Through this experience, I gained a better understanding of the technical aspects of broadcasting, such as lighting, sound, and editing, as well as the operational aspects, such as scheduling and budgeting. I also developed a better understanding of the role media plays in influencing public opinion and shaping the narrative.

While at the university's television studio, I wore multiple hats, serving as director, camera operator, floor manager, teleprompter operator, vision switcher, lighting technician, set designer, and sound recordist. I have applied these skills both in-studio and in the field, utilising broadcast-quality cameras and audio equipment.

My academic pursuits have also helped me cultivate my leadership and teamwork abilities, as I have been an active member of various production teams. I aspire to bring enthusiasm, motivation, and professionalism to my future endeavours, underpinned by exceptional organisational, analytical, and communication skills.

Moreover, my proficiency in the Adobe Suite and various computer programs further enhances my capabilities, which I take pride in.

I have successfully obtained certification for drone operation from the Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA). This certification attests to my expertise and compliance with the legal requirements for using unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) in a professional capacity.

As a certified operator, I possess the necessary skills and knowledge to operate drones safely and efficiently, while adhering to the highest standards of safety and quality. This certification is a testament to my commitment to excellence and my dedication to staying abreast of the latest industry developments and regulations.
